Where do you ship? We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, we’ll get it to you.

How much does shipping cost? Free shipping on US orders over $50. Under $50, standard shipping is a flat $4.95. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

How fast will my order arrive? US orders arrive in 3–5 business days with standard shipping. International orders typically take 7–14 business days depending on the country and customs. Orders placed before 12pm EST ship the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after that, or on weekends, ship the next business day.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties? For international orders, yes — depending on your country. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are set by your local government and aren’t included in our shipping cost. Check your country’s import rules before ordering if you’re unsure.

How do I track my order? Head to our tracking page at revisedbio.com/track-your-order, type in your order number, and you’ll see the latest status. Your order number is in your confirmation email.

My tracking hasn’t updated in days — what do I do? Carriers occasionally go quiet for 24–48 hours, especially during holidays or international transit. If it’s been more than 3 business days (or 5 for international) with no movement, email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll chase the carrier directly.

What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it? First, check with neighbors and around the property — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, email us. We’ll either file a claim with the carrier or ship a replacement, depending on the situation.

Can I change my shipping address after I place the order? Only if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update it. Once it’s with the carrier, we can’t reroute it.

Returns

What is your return policy? 30-day money-back guarantee on every product. If it’s not working for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if the bottle is open and partially used.

How do I start a return? Email [email protected] with your order number and a one-line reason. We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return label for US orders. No phone calls. No retention scripts. No hoops.

Do I have to return the bottle? For full refunds, yes — please ship the bottle back even if it’s empty. For damaged or defective products, no return needed; just send us a photo and we’ll handle it from there.

Who pays for return shipping? We cover return shipping on damaged or defective items. For “didn’t work for me” returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility — usually $5–8 with our prepaid US label, deducted from your refund. International return shipping costs vary and are paid by the customer.

How long until I get my refund? Refunds are processed within 3 business days of us receiving the return. Depending on your bank, the credit shows up on your statement another 3–7 business days after that. So most refunds land within 7–10 days total.

Can I exchange instead of refund? Yes. Mention it in your return email and we’ll either swap your return for a different product or apply the credit to a future order — whichever you prefer.

What if my order arrived damaged? Send a photo to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ship a replacement at no cost. You don’t need to return the damaged one — keep it or toss it.

What if I received the wrong product? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll ship the correct product right away at no extra cost. You don’t need to return the wrong item — keep it, donate it, or pass it on.

Refunds

When will my refund hit my account? Within 3 business days of us receiving your return, plus 3–7 business days for your bank to post the credit. Most refunds land within 7–10 days total.

How will I be refunded? To the original payment method. Card payments refund to the card. PayPal refunds go back to PayPal. We can’t refund to a different card or account than the one used at checkout.

Will I be refunded the shipping cost too? Original shipping is non-refundable on standard returns. If we shipped the wrong product or it arrived damaged, we refund shipping in full along with the product cost.

My refund hasn’t shown up — what do I do? Check your bank statement against the date on our refund confirmation email. If it’s been more than 10 business days since that email, send us your order number and we’ll send proof of refund you can pass to your bank to speed things along.

Orders

Can I cancel an order after placing it? If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Email [email protected] within 1 hour of placing the order. Once it’s with the carrier, you’ll need to go through our return process instead.

Can I get an invoice for HSA/FSA? Yes — your order confirmation works as a receipt, and we can issue itemized invoices on request for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Email us with your order number and we’ll send one over.
